The route is starting from the old Primary School of Plokamiana where participants ascend through rural roads with passage in front of the Big Olive Tree towards the village of Tzitzifia.

At 1st Km. we arrive in the neighbourhood of Katsaliana where turn right and ascend on a new engraved path towards the chapel of St. George's passing and passing in front of old threshing floor.

Then in the 1.8 km. we re-enter a dirt road - forest road where we continue to move uphill.

At 2Km we meet the 1st hydrodosing at the point Paliosternes where we turn left uphill to the point Mournidia for 700m where the path starts again.

At 2,8 km. we reach the highest point of the route (about 550m) where a downhill section starts for 500m, then we continue uphill for 100m where φwe reach the waterfall of Rezzaka which will be mandatory crossing point (there will be control) and for anyone who wants it, it will be a point of natural water supply from the pure water of the waterfall itself.

Then starts the descent for 250m on a technical path up to the rural road where now we are moving in the direction of Tzitzifia.

At 700m we turn left on a secondary rural road that passes through olive trees and we reach the south-eastern entrance of the village of Tzitzifia.

We cross the unknown cobbled road of Tzitzifia for a few meters until the entrance of the village of Tzitzifia where we meet the 2nd water supply station. 

Right after, turn 180 degrees left and we go downhill again South and in 200m we turn right towards the Church of Peter & Paul.

Then we ascend towards the neighborhood of Hatzogiannis where the last uphill of the route follows until the 5,7 Km. of the route.

There we turn left and we enter a downhill rural - forest road until the Primary School of Plokamiana for the finish.
